Château Du Parc
80% Merlot, 20% Cabernet Franc
This wine pairs exceptionally well with classic French cuisine, such as beef tenderloin, duck breast, or rack of lamb with rosemary. It also shines alongside mushroom risotto, truffle pasta, or roasted game birds, where its earthy undertones complement the savory depth of these dishes. Hard cheeses like aged Gouda, Manchego, or Comté also match beautifully with Château du Parc
This wine has a rounded and quite opulent bouquet with a boysenberry jam and raspberry nose. Quite modern in style, the palate is medium-bodied with supple tannins and good acidity. The wine has a rich red color, with sheen and great intensity. Very ripe, red fruit notes on the nose contrast spicy notes for beautiful complexity. On the palate, it has a great onset: frank, direct and sustained by beautiful red fruits that linger in the mouth throughout the tasting. Spicy and light wooden notes are present throughout.
